Currently, there are 25 full time employees and 2 part-time employees in all Departments.

  • Personnel with up to 20 years in the area of regulatory and clinical research
  • Personnel with prior experience in multinational pharmaceutical corporations
  • High percentage of personnel with post-graduate degrees: 16% PhDs, 82% MSc

All personnel receive specialized training as appropriate. The objective is to ensure that appropriate training is provided to all employees performing work which affects service quality, and to ensure that all employees have a thorough understanding of their job function, the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of quality objectives; and are trained and competent to perform their assigned responsibilities.
The extend of the training initiatives delivered to each (new or existing) employee is subject to the individual’s previous experience and competence relative to their role and responsibilities as defined by his/her manager or supervisor.

Company’s management in collaboration with our client and according to contract requirements assigned the new staff member to the project. CVs of proposed staff can be provided for evaluation by our clients and also our clients have the opportunity for in-person interviews with the proposed candidates.
